Return Policy
At Eveshop, we strive to provide the best products and services to our customers.As our products are all individually handmade in small batches, slight imperfections, color variations & air bubbles might appear by nature. Theses are not considered a fault but a unique feature to each of our creations and won’t affect, in any way, the normal use of the product. However, we understand that there may be occasions where a refund is necessary. Please review our refund policy below.
1. Eligibility for Refunds

- Products: Refunds are only available for products that are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. You must request a refund within 14 days of receiving your order.

- Services: If you have purchased a service and are not satisfied, you may request a refund within 14 days of the service being provided. Refunds for services will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

- Custom Products: Custom-made or personalized products are non-refundable unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
2. Process for Requesting a Refund
To request a refund, please follow these steps:

- Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team at service@eveshop.in within 14 days of receiving your product or service. Provide your order number and a brief explanation of why you are requesting a refund.

- Return the Product: If your refund request is approved for a physical product, you will be instructed to return the product to us. The product must be returned in its original condition, including all packaging, accessories, and documentation. You are responsible for the return shipping costs.

- Return the Product: If your refund request is approved for a physical product, you will be instructed to return the product to us. The product must be returned in its original condition, including all packaging, accessories, and documentation. You are responsible for the return shipping costs.

- Inspection and Approval: Once we receive the returned product, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our refund eligibility criteria. If approved, we will process your refund.

- Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow 10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.Please remember it can take some time for your bank or creditcard company to service@eveshop.in.

- NOTE: We are unable to cover any return shipping fees. Discontinued items, limited edition/vault release items, or gift cards are final sale and not eligible for returns or exchanges. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in its original packaging. If there is postal fees that needs to be paid upon reception of a parcel that is returned to sender, EveShop won’t accept these fees and therefore will refuse to get the parcel back.
3. Defective or Damaged Products
If you receive a defective , damaged product or if you recieve a wrong item, please contact us immediately at service@eveshop.in. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund, including return shipping costs.
4. Cancellation
If not already shipped, cancellation are accepted within 24 hours of the moment you placed your order. This also applies for unforeseen cancellation. If your order was cancelled, you will received a full refund.
Once it has been refunded on our end, a credit card refund can take several days to process.
6. Final Sale Items
Items marked as “Final Sale” cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
7. Changes to the Refund Policy
We reserve the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the Site. Please review this policy periodically to ensure you are aware of any changes.
